Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yes, a credit card is required to subscribe. All our plans are paid and billed monthly or yearly through Stripe â a secure, industry-standard payment processor. You can cancel at any time.
Which plan is right for me?
Starter is perfect if you're organizing a few events and want AI-powered content generation. Pro is ideal for active organizers who need unlimited suggestions, advanced features like A/B testing, SEO, and the best AI model (GPT-4o). Enterprise is for teams and organizations who need AI image generation, custom prompts, BYOK, and dedicated support.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the AI Assistant panel in your dashboard or through the Stripe billing portal. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing is charged once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For example, the Pro plan is $39/mo monthly or $374/year ($31.17/mo effective), saving you $94/year.
What AI model is used?
The Starter plan uses GPT-4o-mini for fast, efficient responses. Pro and Enterprise plans use GPT-4o for the highest quality outputs. Enterprise users also get access to Claude models and custom prompt engineering.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, but you won't be charged again.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also request invoice-based billing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your event data is encrypted in transit and at rest. AI conversations are stored securely and only accessible by you. We never share your data with third parties. Enterprise plans include additional security certifications and SLA 99.9%.
