Typically, bookings are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. You'll receive an email notification about the status.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, bookings in "Draft" or "Pending" status can be cancelled at any time. After approval and payment, the refund policy applies.
What image formats are accepted?
We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP. The recommended resolution is 1920Ã720px (16:6 aspect ratio). Maximum file size: 5MB.
How many ads can be displayed simultaneously?
The limit depends on the selected package. Premium and Exclusive packages guarantee less competition in ad slots.
Will I get impression statistics?
Yes! After your ad is activated, you have access to real-time statistics: impressions, clicks, and CTR.
